Construction Tray

• 5mm Single piece Checker Plate floor (Flat non checker also available)
• 100mm x 50mm x 6mm Chassis rails
• 76mm x 5mm Mandrel Bent Head board tube (ROP's tray have 100mm square headboard)
• 5mm Side profile.

Construction Toolboxes

• 3mm Sheet.
• Combination of 50 x 50 x 3 RHS & 41 x 41 Uni Strut frame
• Whale tail locks. (Central locking available with no relays needed)
• Angle and felt slides.
• CNC cut and pressed sheets.
• Chassis mount Available. 

Size & layout can be customised to your requirements.

• Water Tank in head board with one filler and 2 taps

• BMS and TVMS have DC & AC Charging.
• BMS and TVMS Packs have Red Vision Screen.
• BCDC and BMS Packages switching is located on the lights.
• TVMS switching is digital via app or red vision screen. 
• 2 x Amber/White 600mm Strip Lights 
• 1 x 12 Volt outlet 1 x dual USB Outlet.
• Alternator and solar entry on front of canopy.
• 50 Amp cable and fuse from start battery.
• TVMS/Victron Kit includes red Arc TVMS Rogue, Red arc or Victron DC-DC & Victron Inverter charger.

All lithium batteries used have a 5 Year warranty 

Life time warranty on all trays & canopies if installed by CAT5FAB.
